How do we research our pages?
We check every price, rating, version number and feature against a primary source on the day we update a page: the official sales page and FAQ, the Apple App Store and Google Play listings, and each competitor's own pricing page or app listing. We record the check date on the page and link the source.
Our main sources:
- The official Operator Standard sales page and FAQ (linked via our tracked /go/official redirect)
- The Operator Standard on the US App Store
- The Operator Standard on Google Play
- Competitors' own pricing pages and App Store listings, linked on each comparison page
- Reputable health and news outlets for context on 75 HARD
How do we handle our conflict of interest?
This site is run by a member of The Operator Standard team, and product links are tracked. We disclose that on every page. To keep the content trustworthy anyway, we stick to verifiable facts, separate facts from the publisher's own claims, include real complaints from public reviews and recommend alternatives when they suit a reader better.
Specific rules:
- No invented content. No made-up ratings, scores, testimonials, quotes or statistics.
- Claims are labelled. Figures from the sales page (such as user counts) are marked as the publisher's claim.
- Fair comparisons. Competitor facts come from the competitor's own page or listing, and we say where a competitor is better or cheaper.
- No fake neutrality. We never describe this site as neutral or impartial.
- Clear dates. Every page shows when it was last updated.
How do we use AI and automation?
We use software tools to help draft, check and build pages. Every fact is still tied to a source we checked, and pages are reviewed against this policy before publishing. AI-assisted drafting does not change our rules on sourcing, disclosure or invented content.
How do we correct mistakes?
If a price, rating or feature changes or we get something wrong, we fix the page, update its "Last updated" date and, for material errors, note the change on the page. Prices and offers change often, so always confirm at the official checkout before you buy.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept payment from competitors?
No. We have no affiliate or paid relationship with Habitica, Motion, Sunsama or the other apps we compare. Our only material connection is to The Operator Standard, disclosed on every page. Competitor facts come from their own pricing pages and app listings.
How can I report an error?
Tell us what is wrong and where you saw the correct information. We will check the primary source, fix the page, update its date and, for material errors, note the correction on the page. Fast, sourced corrections matter more to us than defending an old claim.
