How much does Structured cost?

Structured is free to start. Its US App Store listing shows Structured Pro options from $2.99 a month, yearly prices between $9.99 and $49.99, and a $99.99 lifetime purchase. Its help center says pricing depends on region, so check the in-app paywall. The Operator Standard costs $50 a month on its website.

Is Structured good for discipline?

Structured is excellent at making a day visible and realistic, and many App Store reviewers with ADHD praise it. It does not decide what matters or add social consequences: if you skip a task, Pro's replan moves it. That is helpful for overwhelm, less so if the real problem is avoiding hard tasks.

Monitoring progress helps people reach goals, and the effect grows when progress is recorded or shared publicly (Harkin et al., 2016).

Who should pick which?

Pick Structured if you want a cheap, beautiful timeline for a busy day and you're self-motivated once the plan is clear. Pick The Operator Standard if you need the plan built from your goals and want people and strikes making skipping costly. Some people use Structured for the schedule and The Operator Standard for the non-negotiables.
