What is The Operator Standard?

The Operator Standard is a paid daily execution app from 44Seven Media, LLC. ARCANE AI turns your goals into five daily critical tasks, and you win the day by finishing them. It adds streaks and strikes, crews, XP leaderboards, weekly reports, a journal, MFCEO Project episodes and livestreams. It costs $50 a month on the web.

It runs on iPhone, Android and Apple-silicon Macs, per its App Store listing. Read the full review or the features list.

How much does The Operator Standard cost?

On the official website, Pro costs $50 a month or $500 a year, Lifetime is a one-time $2,500 and Founder is $10,000. In the US App Store, the in-app subscription is $49.99 a month or $549.99 a year, so the yearly plan costs $49.99 more through Apple than on the web.

Plan Website US App Store
Monthly $50 $49.99
Yearly $500 $549.99

Is there a free trial?

Only for 75 HARD finishers, as of October 30, 2026. The publisher's offer page for people who have completed 75 HARD gives a 7-day free trial, then $50 a month, and says that rate is "locked for life." We found no trial on the main sales page or in the App Store listing.

If you have not finished 75 HARD, expect to pay from day one. See The Operator Standard vs 75 HARD for how the two fit together.

What is ARCANE?

ARCANE is The Operator Standard's built-in AI. The sales page expands the name as "Autonomous Rewiring Core for Agency Navigation & Execution." It turns your goals into daily critical tasks and powers the morning briefing. Version 1.42.0, released October 26, 2026 (US Central), rebuilt how goals are set up.

Read our full ARCANE AI guide for what it does and its limits.

How do I log in to The Operator Standard?

You log in inside the mobile app on iPhone or Android with the account you created when you subscribed. We found no browser version for using the product as of October 30, 2026. If you are logged out repeatedly on Android, a September 2026 Google Play review reported that bug; update the app and contact support.

Download links: App Store and Google Play. If you bought on the website, use the email from your purchase confirmation.

Is there a desktop version?

Not a dedicated one. Apple's listing says the iPhone app runs on Macs with an M1 chip or later and on Apple Vision. We found no web app or Windows version as of October 30, 2026, so on Windows or an Intel Mac you will use your phone.

Device details are on our features page.

How do I cancel The Operator Standard?

If you subscribed through Apple, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal; on Android, cancel in Google Play subscriptions. If you subscribed on the website, use the billing link in your purchase confirmation email or contact the publisher's support.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription on either store. Lifetime and Founder are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

What do people on Reddit say about The Operator Standard?

We have not summarised Reddit threads because we could not verify them to our standard, and anonymous posts are hard to check. For first-hand views, the public store reviews are the best dated source: 4.9 from 802 App Store ratings and 4.8 from about 220 Google Play reviews on October 30, 2026.

The common store-review complaints are price, an Android logout bug and slower or softer ARCANE suggestions; see what users say. Read Reddit yourself with that context, and remember that we are on the product's team.

Is The Operator Standard worth it?

It is worth it if you will use the accountability daily and $50 a month is affordable. That is about $1.37 a day on the yearly web plan. If you mainly want a to-do list or habit tracker, cheaper apps such as Streaks, Habitica or Structured do that job for far less.

Our is it worth it? page has a cost-per-day table and a 30-day test, and alternatives compares nine options fairly.

Is The Operator Standard the same as 75 HARD?

No. Both come from 44Seven Media, LLC, but 75 HARD is a fixed 75-day challenge with five set rules and its own app at $4.99 a month. The Operator Standard is an open-ended system built from your own goals. The official FAQ says you can run 75 HARD inside The Operator Standard.

What is the difference between the Power List app and The Operator Standard?

The Power List is a free app from the same publisher for writing five critical tasks a day, with notes and reading tracking; it rates 4.7 from 65 App Store ratings. The Operator Standard includes a Power List and adds ARCANE AI planning, streaks and strikes, crews, reports and content for $50 a month.

Who makes The Operator Standard?

Andy Frisella created it. On the official page he writes that in 2022 he decided to build it and that it took three years. The App Store lists 44Seven Media, LLC as publisher, the same company behind the 75 Hard and Power List apps, and new MFCEO Project episodes are included.
