Best 75 Hard App to Do With Friends (2026): Squad Trackers Compared

Not an official Andy Frisella, 75 Hard or Operator Standard website. Andy Frisella did not write or review this page.

75 HARD is easier to finish when someone notices you skipped. The official app tracks your days, but not your friends'. Here are the apps that let you run it, or what comes after it, as a group.

By the Operator Standard Review editorial team · Last updated: · How we review

We work on The Operator Standard, which appears on this list, so we're not neutral. It is not a 75 HARD tracker, and we say below when another app is the better pick. Every fact comes from each app's own App Store or Google Play listing or website, checked November 2, 2026.

What is the best 75 Hard app to do with friends?

For running 75 HARD itself as a group, Squad75 is the most complete option we found: squads of up to 25, a streak leaderboard and the 75 HARD task list built in. Unbroken suits strict groups of up to 10 that want restarts broadcast. The official 75 Hard app tracks only your own progress.

App Group feature Max group Price (US App Store) Missed day Platforms Rating
Squad75 Squads with invite link, streak leaderboard, cheers 25 with Pro Pro $7.99/mo, $49.99/yr or $79.99 lifetime; 7-day trial Pro forgives one missed day a week iPhone only 4.8 from 4 ratings
Unbroken Squads, two-person Pact, broadcast restarts 10 Pro $5.99/mo, $39.99/yr or $59.99 lifetime Restart at Day 1, shown to the squad iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android 3.6 from 5 ratings
75 Hard (official) None listed Solo $4.99/mo or $39.99/yr You choose when to restart iPhone, Android 4.5 from 6.4K ratings
Habitica Parties and shared Challenges Party of friends Free; optional $4.99/mo to $47.99/yr In-game penalties only iPhone, Android, web 4.3 from 3.6K ratings
Life Reset Friend requests, nudges, Season ranks Friends list From $12.99 Optional Hard Mode penalties iPhone, Android 4.7 from 13K ratings
The Operator Standard Crews with day status, chat, audio rooms, leaderboards Crew $49.99/mo or $549.99/yr in-app Strikes your crew can see iPhone, Android 4.9 from 802 ratings

Squad75 and Unbroken launched in July and August 2026, so their rating counts are still tiny. Treat those stars as early signals, not a verdict.

Does the official 75 Hard app let you add friends?

No friends or group feature is listed. The official 75 Hard app from 44Seven Media tracks your daily tasks, reminders, progress photos, notes and attempt history, and lets you share to your Instagram Story. Sharing is one-way, so you and your friends cannot see each other's days inside the app as of November 2, 2026.

It's still the official tracker for the program Andy Frisella created, published by 44Seven Media, LLC, and it links into the Live Hard program when you finish. It costs $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year; see is the 75 Hard app free for the full cost breakdown.

How does Squad75 work?

Squad75, from Super, Inc., lets you create a squad, invite friends with a link and race up a streak leaderboard. It has 75 HARD, 75 Soft and custom modes, a calendar grid, milestone share cards and daily cheers. Pro adds squads of up to 25 and forgives one missed day a week.

Pro costs $7.99 a month, $49.99 a year or $79.99 once, after a 7-day free trial, per its App Store listing. It runs on iPhone only. One caution for strict groups: forgiving a missed day is not how 75 HARD's rules work, so agree as a group whether anyone uses it. Squad75 states it is not affiliated with the 75 HARD program.

How does Unbroken work?

Unbroken, from Must Have Apps SIA, is built for strict groups. Squads of up to 10 share a live board, restarts are broadcast automatically, and late logs get flagged. Its Pact mode links two people's fates, so if one person breaks, both restart. Progress photos stay on your device rather than being uploaded.

Creating squads and pacts needs Pro: $5.99 a month, $39.99 a year or $59.99 once. It runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, and is also on Google Play. Check the task list before you start: its default five tasks include one 45-minute workout, while 75 HARD calls for two.

What if your friends aren't all on iPhone?

Pick an app that runs on both. Unbroken is on iPhone and Android. Habitica runs on iPhone, Android and the web, is free, and lets friends form a party and join shared Challenges, so you can build the 75 HARD tasks as daily habits. Squad75 is iPhone only as of November 2, 2026.

Habitica isn't 75 HARD-specific, so you set up the tasks yourself, and its penalties happen inside the game rather than resetting you to day one. That makes it a good free fit, as long as your group will hold each other to restarting.

What about accountability after 75 Hard ends?

Once day 75 is done, a group tracker built for one challenge has less to do. Life Reset suits friends who want another game-style program, with friend requests and Season ranks. The Operator Standard suits crews that want daily execution on their own goals, with strikes, crew day status and leaderboards, at a higher price.

That second option is where we work. In The Operator Standard, each crew member shows Not Started, In Progress or Won for the day (version 1.35.0), any member can invite others to the crew (1.42.0), and crews get chat, audio rooms and leaderboards. It doesn't track 75 HARD's rules for you, and at $49.99 a month in the App Store it costs ten times the 75 Hard app. Our guide to what to do after 75 Hard and the 75 Hard comparison cover the trade-off.

Frequently asked questions

Can you do 75 Hard with a partner in the official app?

Not inside the app. The official 75 Hard app lists no friends or partner feature, so partners usually track separately and check in by text, or use a group app such as Squad75 or Unbroken.

Is there a free 75 Hard app with friends?

Habitica is free to use and has parties and shared Challenges, though you build the 75 HARD tasks yourself. Squad75 and Unbroken are free to download, but squads of the size most groups want need Pro.

What is the 75 Hard group chat app?

There's no official group app for 75 HARD. Squad75 offers daily cheers inside squads; The Operator Standard has crew chat and audio rooms, but it is a separate daily-execution app, not a 75 HARD tracker.

Do these apps follow the real 75 Hard rules?

Squad75 lists the 75 HARD rules as its default mode, alongside 75 Soft and custom. Unbroken's default task list uses one 45-minute workout. Check each app's task list against the rules before your group starts.

Is Squad75 or Unbroken made by the 75 Hard team?

No. Squad75 comes from Super, Inc. and Unbroken from Must Have Apps SIA. The official 75 Hard app is published by 44Seven Media, LLC.
