Andy Frisella's Apps Compared: 75 Hard vs Power List vs The Operator Standard

What apps has Andy Frisella made?

The US App Store lists three apps from 44Seven Media, LLC, the publisher of Andy Frisella's programs: 75 Hard, for his 75-day mental toughness challenge; The Power List, for his five-critical-tasks method; and The Operator Standard, his AI-powered daily execution system. 75 Hard and The Power List are free to download; The Operator Standard is a paid membership.

What does the 75 Hard app do?

The 75 Hard app tracks the 75-day challenge Andy Frisella created: daily progress on the five rules, custom reminders, daily progress photos, notes, a history of every attempt, and sharing to Instagram Stories. It also continues into the year-long Live Hard program. It requires a subscription of $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year.

On his official page, Andy Frisella writes, "I also created 75 HARD ... the mental toughness program" (official page). Feature list and prices are from the 75 Hard App Store listing, checked October 30, 2026. You do not need the app to do the challenge; the rules are free to follow. Rules and safety notes are on our Operator Standard vs 75 Hard page.

What does the Power List app do?

The Power List app is a simple daily list of five critical tasks, based on the method its listing credits to "the creator of the Power List, Andy Frisella." It adds notes and reading tracking, past lists, a calendar of won and lost days, stats, reminders and daily motivational quotes. It is free, with an optional "Unlocked" purchase.

Details from The Power List on the App Store, checked October 30, 2026, which lists two in-app purchases named "The Power List Unlocked" at $4.99 and $49.99. If you want the five-task method without AI or a community, this is the cheapest way to start.

What does The Operator Standard add?

The Operator Standard keeps the five-critical-tasks idea but has ARCANE AI build those tasks from your own goals, delivers them in a morning briefing synced to your calendar, and adds streaks and strikes, crews, XP leaderboards, weekly reports, a journal, MFCEO Project episodes and livestreams. It is the only paid membership of the three.

Andy Frisella describes it on the sales page as "Not an app. Not a challenge. Not a program. Not a habit tracker" but a behavioral operating system (official page). In practice, it is a paid app at $50 a month or $500 a year on the website. See features, ARCANE AI and pricing.

Which Andy Frisella app should you use?

Use the 75 Hard app if you want a fixed 75-day physical and mental challenge with a clear finish. Use the Power List app if you want a free daily five-task list. Use The Operator Standard if you want an ongoing system that plans your days from your goals and puts people on your scoreboard.

A simple path many people follow:

1. Never finished a hard commitment? Start with 75 Hard. The rules are free; the app is optional.
2. Want daily focus without paying much? Write a Power List every day in the free app.
3. Done the first two and still drift on bigger goals? Try The Operator Standard. 75 Hard finishers can use the publisher's 7-day free trial offer; details are on our 75 Hard comparison.

Do you need more than one of these apps?

Usually not. The Operator Standard already includes a daily list of five critical tasks, and its official FAQ says you can run 75 Hard inside it. If you pay for The Operator Standard, a separate Power List or 75 Hard subscription is mostly duplication, unless you prefer the 75 Hard app's photo and attempt tracking.

Confirm the current wording on the official FAQ (official page) before cancelling another subscription. Our features page shows what The Operator Standard includes.
