Does Andy Frisella have an AI app?
Yes. Andy Frisella's AI app is The Operator Standard, and its AI engine is called ARCANE. The official page says the product is "Powered by ARCANE" and calls ARCANE "the intelligence layer that runs the entire system." ARCANE plans your goals and daily tasks; the app adds streaks, crews, reports and lessons around it.
The official page is written in Andy Frisella's voice and says he decided in 2022 to build the system (official page, checked October 30, 2026). The app is on the US App Store and Google Play, published by 44Seven Media, LLC. For the full picture of the app, read what is Andy Frisella's Operator Standard?
What does ARCANE stand for?
ARCANE stands for "Autonomous Rewiring Core for Agency Navigation & Execution," according to the official Operator Standard page. The tagline next to it reads "Your Behavior, Rewired Daily. ARCANE does the thinking. You show up & execute." The name describes its job: navigating you from a vision to goals, then driving daily execution.
You will also see it written "Arcane AI" in searches and social posts. It is the same engine; the official page styles it in capitals.
Is ARCANE a separate app from The Operator Standard?
No. We found no standalone ARCANE app. The App Store lists three apps from the publisher, 44Seven Media, LLC: 75 Hard, The Power List and The Operator Standard. ARCANE exists only inside The Operator Standard, where it handles vision setting, the morning briefing, task suggestions, journaling feedback and coaching chats.
Checked against the publisher's App Store developer listing on October 30, 2026. If you download something else called "Arcane," it is not this product.
Why does Andy Frisella say he built ARCANE?
On his sales page, Andy Frisella argues that phones and platforms are "engineered to weaken" people and that the answer is "an ecosystem that fights back harder." He says the team would "use the very tools they used to control us against them," meaning AI and app design turned toward building discipline instead of distraction.
Those quotes are from the official Operator Standard page, checked October 30, 2026. The page also says the build "took three years" and calls the product the first "Human Behavioral Operating System." Those are his descriptions of his own product; judge it on what the app does for you.
What does ARCANE do every day?
ARCANE starts with a conversational interview about what you want, then breaks that vision into phases, goals and daily tasks. Each morning it delivers a briefing with your five critical tasks, synced to your calendar. You can chat with it when stuck, and it reads your journal to sharpen tomorrow's plan.
Since version 1.42.0 (late October 2026), you can run up to three active goals, you add your own tasks first and ARCANE fills only the empty slots, and its suggested changes arrive as editable cards (App Store release notes). The deeper walkthrough, including a comparison with ChatGPT, is on our ARCANE AI guide.
How much does ARCANE AI cost?
ARCANE has no separate price. It is part of the core platform in every Operator Standard plan: Pro at $50 a month or $500 a year on the website, Lifetime at $2,500 once, and Founder at $10,000 once. In the US App Store, Pro is $49.99 a month or $549.99 a year.
