The short answer (checked November 1, 2026): Yes, the MFCEO Project is back. andyfrisella.com says new episodes publish every week, but only inside The Operator Standard app, which starts at $50 a month. The original 318 episodes, from 2015 to the final episode on December 10, 2019, are still listed free on andyfrisella.com.
Is the MFCEO Project back?
Yes. The official page on andyfrisella.com, titled "The MFCEO Project Is Back. Nobody Told You.", says the show is "publishing new episodes every single week" and that they are "not throwbacks" or re-releases. The catch is where they live: inside The Operator Standard app, not on the open podcast feed.
The official page explains why most old listeners missed it: "The reason your podcast app never told you is that it doesn't live there. It lives inside The Operator Standard." It describes the move as taking the show "off the open feed" and putting it "where his most serious audience actually operates."
It is also direct about price: "He gave you four years and hundreds of episodes for free. This is the first time hearing him teach has ever cost you anything."
What was the MFCEO Project?
The MFCEO Project was Andy Frisella's business and personal development podcast. The Arete Syndicate's site says he hosted it from 2015 to 2019 and calls it the number one business and success podcast in the world. Topics ran from sales and leadership to customer loyalty and mental toughness.
The official page describes the old show as the place where listeners learned to run the Power List "out of a spiral notebook," because "episode after episode told you that winning the day was the whole game."
When did the MFCEO Project end?
The original run ended with "The End, with Andy Frisella - MFCEO318," published on December 10, 2019, after a preview episode, MFCEO317, on December 6. The official site says the same recording is the first episode of REAL AF with Andy Frisella, which launched that same day.
| Date | Event | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2015 | MFCEO Project run begins | Arete Syndicate bio |
| October 2, 2019 | Episodes 312 to 316 published | Official episode archive |
| December 6, 2019 | MFCEO317, "Foreword to the Final Episode" | Official episode archive |
| December 10, 2019 | MFCEO318, "The End"; REAL AF episode 1 is the same recording | MFCEO318, RAF001 |
| 2026 | New weekly episodes inside The Operator Standard | The MFCEO Project Is Back |
Where can you listen to the MFCEO Project?
For the new 2026 episodes, the only official place is The Operator Standard app on iPhone or Android. For the original 318 episodes, the official archive is the MFCEO Project Podcast section of andyfrisella.com. Be careful with podcast-app listings that use the show's name but come from someone else.
- New episodes: inside The Operator Standard. The official page shows the app's media page with "Brand new MFCEO episodes." In the app, an episode can open an ARCANE chat that links the lesson to your own goals, per the App Store release notes.
- Original episodes: the MFCEO Project Podcast archive on andyfrisella.com, newest first, ending with MFCEO318.
- Watch for copies: an Apple Podcasts listing called "MFCEO Project" is credited to "JRE" and shows only five early episodes, all dated May 18, 2022 (listing, checked November 1, 2026). It is not a source of new episodes.
How much does it cost to hear the new MFCEO episodes?
New episodes come with any Operator Standard plan. On the official website that is $50 a month or $500 a year for Pro, $2,500 one-time for Lifetime, or $10,000 for Founder. In the US App Store, Pro is $49.99 a month or $549.99 a year. The official page says there is no free trial.
The signup page says "every tier unlocks the full system," so the episodes are not reserved for higher tiers. The official MFCEO page frames the starting point plainly: "most people start where it makes sense to start. $50."
What else the membership includes, per the same page: the digital Power List with streaks and strikes, ARCANE AI building daily critical tasks from your goals, and crews and leaderboards. See pricing for every tier and is it worth it? for whether the app earns its price beyond the podcast.
Is The Operator Standard worth it just for the MFCEO Project?
For most people, probably not on the podcast alone. At $50 a month you are paying for a daily execution system with the show included. If you would also use the five-task plan, the crew and ARCANE, the episodes are a strong extra. If you only want to listen, try the free archive first.
A fair way to decide:
- Listen to a few original episodes in the free archive and see whether the teaching still lands for you.
- Read our full guide to The Operator Standard to see what the app asks of you every day.
- If you join, use the app for a month and count your won days, not just your listening hours.
